The Boulevard Brass Quintet
and Brass Quartet have a heritage that goes back to Mr. Pendenza’s
first brass quintet, which was formed in 1968 for a recital at his high
school.
Through the years, his quintets have performed at churches, synagogues, high schools and colleges throughout the New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia areas. Since adding a brass quartet and trio in 1989, Boulevard Music, Inc. has provided chamber brass ensembles for the opening of New York City’s Tourneau Corner, Christmas tree lightings, weddings, concerts, Memorial and Independence Day celebrations, and private parties. The Boulevard Brass Quintet was selected as the featured performer for the New Jersey Pops Orchestra’s 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner. |
